    TRAIL CONDITIONS:

TRAIL UPDATE 1/1/20. Happy New Year from the Jackpine Riders Snowmobile & ATV Club! Between flooding, stuck groomers, furnace issues, and a blown track on a groomer, we are glad to have 2019 behind us and happy to see the New Year. Conditions vary greatly across our system and are rated from Good to Poor. Heavy rain last week took it's toll on our trails. Beware of wet areas throughout our trail system. Pay particular attention on Trails 541& 41 northwest of Solon Springs (going up to the Warming Shack). We are getting reports of moving water on those trails. At last report, they remain passable, but are generally in poor condition. Trail 7 going to Barnes has wet areas, but is generally in fair to good condition w/ rough stretches between Commisky Road and Highway 27. There is a wet area just west of Highway 27 and we've created a bypass (we got one of our groomers stuck in there last week). Trail 27B in Solon Springs has significant flooding just immediately west of Business 53. At the moment, it is passable, but may need to be closed if the water continues to rise. The Wild Rivers Trail/ Trail 35 is being groomed today and we are attempting to get as much groomed as we can before the weekend. Some trails may not be groomed this week. We'll continue to post updates as grooming and conditions improve. -Z
